William T. Su, MD, FACS

William T. Su, MD, FACSDr. Su completed his undergraduate education at Brown University in 1992. He received his medical degree from New York University (NYU) in 1996 as a member of the medical honor society AOA. Dr. Su completed his general surgery residency and fellowship in vascular surgery at NYU. In 2002, Dr. Su returned to his hometown of Hagerstown, Maryland to take over the surgical practice of his father, Dr. Chia Chuen Su. The father and son practiced together for two years until Dr. C. Su’s retirement in 2004.

Dr. Su became a Registered Vascular Technologist in 2004 and serves as medical director of The Su Surgical Group’s ICAVL accredited vascular diagnostic laboratory. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the Society of Vascular Surgeons. Dr. Su currently sits on the board of Meritus Medical Center and is chairman of the Department of Surgery at Meritus Medical Center. He resides in Hagerstown with his wife and two children.


Sarah T. Lincoln, PA-C

Sarah T. Lincoln, PA-CSarah Lincoln received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Geneva College in 2007. She went on to complete her medical training at Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania, where she received her Master of Health Science in 2009. Sarah is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and has over five years of surgical experience in Orthopaedic, General, and Vascular surgery specialties.

Since joining The Su Surgical Group in January 2011, Sarah has maintained her certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support and Basic Life Support. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), as well as the American Association of Surgical Physician Assistants (AASPA). Her personal interests include music, photography, travel, hiking, and downhill skiing. Sarah resides in the Hagerstown area with her husband and daughter.


Erin L. Kretzer, RVT, RDMS

Erin L. Kretzer, RVT, RDMSErin Kretzer received her Associates Degree in Radiology from Hagerstown Community College in 1993 and has over 20 years of radiology technology experience. She has been working closely with Dr. Su since 2005. During this time, Erin has focused on vascular studies of the lower extremities, dialysis access, abdominal aorta, and carotid arteries. Her vascular knowledge and radiology skills are an essential part of diagnosing and treating vascular disease and in maintaining adequate access for hemodialysis.

Before joining Dr. Su, Erin worked at Washington County Hospital and Jefferson Memorial Hospital. She is a member of the Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonography and credentialed by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medial Sonographers. Erin resides in Hagerstown with her husband and three daughters.
